My Story

I am Fariba— a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) , and I believe food is more than just fuel — it’s one of the most powerful tools we have for healing, energy, and joy.

My journey into holistic nutrition started with a deep curiosity: Why is healthy eating so complicated? I watched friends, family, and even myself get caught up in the endless cycle of food trends, quick fixes, and conflicting advice. The more I learned, the more I realized: true wellness doesn’t come from restriction or rules — it comes from balance, nourishment, and connection.

That’s what led me to study holistic nutrition and earn my RHN designation. Through my training, I gained a science-based foundation, but also a whole-body perspective. Health isn’t just about calories and macros — it’s about supporting the body, mind, and spirit together.
