Prep the ingredients:Wash and peel the beet, then cut it into small chunks. Cube the watermelon and remove any seeds.
Blend:Add beet, watermelon, lemon juice, and water to a blender.Blend until completely smooth.
Strain (optional):If you prefer a smooth juice, pour it through a fine sieve or cheesecloth. For a fiber-rich version, enjoy it as-is!
