🍉❤️ This combo makes a vibrant, refreshing, and detoxifying juice — naturally sweet with a zesty kick of lemon.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium red beet, peeled and chopped

  • 2 cups seedless watermelon, cubed

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (about ½ a lemon)

  • ½ cup cold water (or coconut water for extra hydration)

  • A few ice cubes (optional)

  • Honey or agave syrup, to taste (optional if you want extra sweetness)

Preparation

  • Prep the ingredients:Wash and peel the beet, then cut it into small chunks. Cube the watermelon and remove any seeds.

  • Blend:Add beet, watermelon, lemon juice, and water to a blender.Blend until completely smooth.

  • Strain (optional):If you prefer a smooth juice, pour it through a fine sieve or cheesecloth. For a fiber-rich version, enjoy it as-is!

  • Serve: Pour into 2 chilled glasses, add ice cubes, and garnish with a tiny lemon slice or mint leaf on top.
